Return Policy

Here at Caddo County Guns & Ammo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising. However, we understand that we are all human and mistakes can be made.

If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

In Store Returns

1. Items purchased from Caddo County Guns & Ammo retail store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the following is satisfied:

  • Merchandise is in resalable condition with original packaging
  • Original sales receipt or original gift receipt is presented. A gift receipt may be used only for an exchange or gift card

2. Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not accept returns on the following items:

  • Firearms - Once firearm(s) is/are transferred we will not accept returns for any reason
  • Ammunition - All ammunition sales are final
  • Gun parts
  • Pepper spray
  • Closeout and clearance items

 

Online Order Returns

In order to ensure a quick turn-around for your return, we ask you that obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning the purchase. A detailed note explaining the reason must be included with all returns. Be sure to include all current contact information, (ie, name, address, daytime phone number, email address and copy of invoice). Failure to do so will result in your return package not being accepted.

1. Caddo County Guns & Ammo is happy to accept returns on items that are new and unused with the original manufacturer’s packaging, or items that are defective, within 15 days of delivery date.

2. In cases where an item is defective or the wrong item is received, Caddo County Guns & Ammo is happy to pay for the return shipping. In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping.

3. All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them. Caddo County Guns & Ammo reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.

4. For all items under a manufacturer warranty, the customer should handle the return directly with the manufacturer.

5. Caddo County Guns & Ammo is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Ammunition - All Ammunition sales are final
  • 80% Lower Receivers, Frames, and Kits
  • Chemicals, (ie liquids). Due to regulations and safety consideration primers, most liquids, and other Hazardous items are not returnable

6. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing items, etc. once the firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer.  Always inspect your firearm(s) prior to accepting the transfer from your dealer.

7. Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you.  No exceptions

8. If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (ie, not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc.), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.

9. Caddo County Guns & Ammo does not reimburse FFL transfer fees if you refuse or are denied the firearm(s) transfer.

10. Firearms cannot ship with a live round in them. You must remove live rounds from firearms before shipping them.
