SECTION 1 - COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS
Caddo County Guns & Ammo operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms, ammunition and accessories. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.
SECTION 1a - ILLEGAL PRODUCTS
The customer assumes full responsibility in knowing the legality of the items they are ordering. Some of the items for sale on our website may be restricted to adults and/or also may be restricted due to the area in which you reside. These items include, but are not limited to, ammunition, firearms, and magazines. If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in their city, county, or state, the order will be cancelled, and store credit will be issued.
If purchasing ammunition, you understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess ammunition, to include any person:
1. Who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year
2. Who is a fugitive from justice
3. Who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance
4. Who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution
5. Who is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa
6. Who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
7. Who has renounced their United States citizenship
8. Who is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner
9. Who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. All ammo sales are final. Returns on ammunition will not be accepted
11. Caddo County Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse any ammunition order
12. No ammunition sales to New York, Maine, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, or City of Chicago. No exceptions.
If purchasing firearms, you understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. You understand, acknowledge, agree to and accept all of the above conditions for purchasing ammunition and...
2. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and receivers
3. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun
4. Firearms are only sent to licensed FFL Dealers
5. Caddo County Guns & Ammo must have a current copy of the dealer's signed FFL before you can place an order with us. It is also required to have a copy of any other necessary licenses that may be required on file prior to placing your order
6. All orders placed without, or prior to, a signed copy of the Federal Firearms License (or other necessary licensing) on file may be deleted without notice.
7. Caddo County Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse any firearm order
8. If you order a firearm that normally comes with a mag that is not allowed in your state, your firearm will be shipped without the mag and with no adjustment nor discount to the price of the firearm.
SECTION 1b - SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING
The serialized part is the component that is legally considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm. THE STOLEN ITEM WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES AND AN OFFICIAL REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF).
SECTION 1c - SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Caddo County Guns & Ammo will only ship our products to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from Caddo County Guns & Ammo will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE (FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at info@caddocountyguns.com
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30) business days with no FFL provided will automatically be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
1. Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship serialized lowers to the state of California.
2. Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
3. Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship ANY serialized items to the state of Massachusetts.
4. Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.
Minnesota: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.
Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
Caddo County Guns & Ammo will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

SECTION 1d - DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package. If no adult is available to sign for the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
SECTION 2 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Caddo County Guns & Ammo reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
SECTION 3 - CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.
NOTE – If you are making payment with credit or debit card, please understand Caddo County Guns & Ammo will take no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with the transaction; this includes any charges associated with processing errors, etc.
SECTION 4 - ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Caddo County Guns & Ammo or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
SECTION 5 - OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
SECTION 6 - MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
SECTION 7 - TAXES
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Oklahoma. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
SECTION 8 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Caddo County Guns & Ammo shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Caddo County Guns & Ammo shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Caddo County Guns & Ammo shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Caddo County Guns & Ammo is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

SECTION 12 - OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Caddo County Guns & Ammo signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
